In today’s competitive global marketplace, we must do more to strengthen our workforce and fill the talent pipeline. The Barrow County Chamber advocates for a comprehensive approach to education policy and works on issues ranging from early childhood education and K-12 public schools to technical college and university education, as well as workplace learning initiatives such as apprenticeships.

The Barrow County Chamber’s Workforce Development Committee develops partnerships with educational institutions in Barrow County and Georgia to strengthen educational opportunities for the region and helps build a strong workforce, making Barrow County an attractive location for business and industry.
